What is a Pomodoro Timer?
A Pomodoro Timer is a technique used to increase productivity and decrease distractions. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in
length, separated by short breaks. After four working sessions, there is a reward of a long break.
Each working interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for
'tomato', coined after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that the inventor of the technique used as a university student. -

What do the work settings mean?
- Auto-Start Next Timer: Having this setting enabled means that once a work or break session is comlpete, the timer for the next session will automatically start. Having this enabled
is recommended for following the pomodoro technique.
- Device Required: This setting is the ultimate distraction avoider. Having this setting activated means once you start a work session, you cannot go back to this application until
your work session is complete and you are on break. Moving your cursor during a work session will automatically reset your work session.
